The new Dutch coalition agreed to cap Amsterdam Schiphol at 478,000 annual aircraft movements, consider a midnight–05:00 closure and transfer up to 10,000 holiday flight movements to Lelystad Airport — which the government plans to open for commercial services in 2027.
