Unleaded UL100E moves closer to FAA approval
UL100E, the only unleaded 100‑octane avgas currently in the FAA’s fleet approval process, has advanced as pressure grows to replace leaded 100LL. FAA authorization would be a pivotal regulatory step toward removing leaded fuel from piston‑engine aircraft operations and reshaping GA fuel supply.
