Musk Still Eyes Uncrewed Starship Mars Mission by End of 2026 After Trio of Failures

Elon Musk told SpaceX staff on May 29 he remains on track to launch an uncrewed Starship to Mars by end of 2026, brushing aside the program’s latest setbacks. His update steered clear of the three back-to-back Starship test-flight failures (IFT-7, IFT-8 and IFT-9) two days earlier.
