Japan to Provide H3 Rocket for European Apophis Observation Mission
Japan will supply its H3 launch vehicle to a European mission planning to observe asteroid Apophis during its close Earth flyby, a Japanese space agency official said. The pledge formalizes Tokyo's contribution to an international effort to capture targeted observations of the near‑Earth object.
