Panasonic Avionics signed an MoU with Shanghai Spacesail Technologies to explore integrating Spacesail’s planned high‑bandwidth, low‑latency LEO constellation into Panasonic’s in‑flight connectivity network. The agreement starts development of a plan to deliver a China‑focused LEO internet option for airlines and evaluate commercial and regulatory pathways.
