NASA selects Firefly Aerospace for $176.7M fourth lunar lander mission to Moon’s south pole
NASA has awarded Firefly Aerospace a $176.7 million CLPS contract to deliver five payloads—including two rovers and three instruments—to the Moon’s south polar region in 2029 aboard its Blue Ghost lander and Elytra transfer vehicle. The lander will deploy assets and operate for over 12 days.
