US approves $1.1B sale of 405 AIM-120D-3 AMRAAMs to Finland; RTX named prime contractor
The U.S. State Department cleared a Foreign Military Sale for up to 405 AIM-120D-3 AMRAAM air-to-air missiles to Finland, a transaction valued at roughly $1.07–$1.1 billion. RTX will act as prime contractor; the missiles are cleared for F-35 integration and use with NASAMS air-defence systems.
