Portuguese authorities have delegated the investigation into a KLM Airbus A321neo tail-strike in Lisbon to the Dutch Safety Board. The underlying occurrence involved underside fuselage damage during landing, expanding the scope of the safety probe beyond the immediate tail-strike impact.
