The Air Force intends to award BAE Systems $145 million in a sole‑source contract to upgrade components of the APKWS AGR‑20F (FALCO) laser‑guided rocket, citing CENTCOM requirements to defeat Group‑3 UAS. A Feb. 13, 2026 J&A names BAE the only capable contractor as APKWS use on fighters expands.
