ECJ ruling restores business-jet manufacturing’s eligibility under EU green taxonomy, backing Dassault
The European Court of Justice annulled an EU provision that excluded business aviation aircraft manufacturing from qualifying as an environmentally sustainable activity under the bloc’s green taxonomy framework. The decision backs Dassault Aviation and overturns the earlier rule that kept bizav manufacturing outside green finance classification criteria.
