A British Airways Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner was grounded after it was reportedly “impaled” by engineering steps positioned under the widebody during refuelling ahead of a London Heathrow departure. The event was observed by passengers on buses outside the aircraft, prompting follow-up checks before further flight.
