United Airlines has sent its brand-new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner—configured with next-generation Polaris Business Class and “United Elevated” cabin interiors—back to Boeing after more than two weeks of recurring operational problems. The move follows remedial work needs tied to the aircraft’s customized cabin system integration.
