Air France B777-200 (AF191 Bengaluru–Paris) diverts to Ashgabat after engine fault; passengers delayed 15+ hours
On 12 January Air France flight AF191, a Boeing 777-200 from Bengaluru to Paris, diverted to Ashgabat after one engine developed a fault. Passengers were held for more than 15 hours; the carrier provided hotel accommodation and dispatched a replacement aircraft to complete the journey.
