
Delta Faces 11 Lawsuits Over Runway Inversion of CRJ at Toronto Pearson
Delta Air Lines is facing 11 separate lawsuits stemming from the Feb. 17 inverted landing of Flight DL4819, a Bombardier CRJ, at Toronto Pearson Airport. Though all 80 passengers and crew escaped unharmed, several plaintiffs cite injuries and trauma from the crash-landing on a freezing runway.
