Volotea A319 aborts approach at Paris–Orly after ILS reportedly not switched on, BEA probes

French investigators say an absent ILS signal on a Paris–Orly runway preceded a Volotea Airbus A319's aborted low approach and triggered a low‑altitude warning on 4 December. The BEA's provisional probe found the A319, operating Rodez–Orly, broke off the approach after the navigational aid was reportedly not switched on.
