Russian Air Force Antonov An‑26 crashes in Crimea; 29 killed

On 31 March an Antonov An‑26 of the Russian Air Force crashed in Crimea, killing all 29 onboard — 23 passengers and six crew. The defence ministry described it as a "routine flight", cited a suspected technical malfunction and opened a full investigation.
