FAA activates alternative transaction authorities to fast‑track ATC modernization
FAA Administrator Bryan Bedford has activated the agency's "alternative transaction authorities" — a procurement tool that allows contracting outside standard federal acquisition rules — to accelerate air traffic control modernization.
