United flight attendants ratify a new five-year contract with 31% pay increases, ending nearly six years of pay stasis

United’s roughly 30,000 flight attendants voted overwhelmingly to ratify a five-year labor deal that includes a 31% pay increase, with the agreement set to take effect this summer. The settlement ends close to six years without a cabin crew pay raise, making United the last Big 4 U.S. carrier to reach a post-pandemic contract with attendants.
