Pratt & Whitney and IAM reach tentative agreement after resuming talks with 3,000 machinists
Pratt & Whitney and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers resumed contract talks May 22, weeks after about 3,000 machinists at Connecticut engine plants voted to strike over pay, benefits and job security. The parties say they have reached a tentative agreement subject to union membership approval.
