IAM rejects Boeing offer as St. Louis strike enters third month despite higher pay proposal
The IAM said members voted to reject Boeing’s latest five-year contract offer, saying it failed to address core workforce priorities. The proposal raised average general wage increases from 40% to 45% and included a $4,000 signing bonus; the strike now enters a third month, threatening production and deliveries.
