Air France‑KLM submits non‑binding offer for Parpublica's 44.9% stake in TAP

Air France‑KLM has submitted a non‑binding offer to acquire a minority stake in TAP Air Portugal as Parpublica moves to divest a 44.9% share. The group says it would use Lisbon as a southern hub and strengthen Brazil connectivity amid rival bids from IAG and Lufthansa.
