Cessna Citation M2 Gen3 kicks off FAA certification path with 2027 entry-into-service target

Textron Aviation has started the flight-test program for the Cessna Citation M2 Gen3, the latest evolution of its entry-level business jet. The manufacturer says certification work is underway and is targeting FAA approval and entry into service in 2027, positioning the model for a new customer cycle.
