A Pakistan-registered K2 Airways Boeing 737-4M0 (BDSF) freighter (flight KTA1732) lost contact with air traffic control on July 7, 2026 after reporting a navigational system problem on the Sharjah-to-Karachi route. ADS-B data later indicated a sudden altitude loss over the Arabian Sea southwest of Karachi; presumed crash and search-and-rescue efforts are ongoing.
