Russia launches three Iranian communications satellites into orbit on Soyuz
Russia launched three Iranian communications satellites — Paya (Tolou‑3), Zafar‑2 and an upgraded Kowsar — into low Earth orbit aboard a Soyuz, Iranian state media said. Tehran called the flight a “new step” and said it was the second Soyuz-assisted deployment since July, despite Western sanctions.
