Delta suspends expedited travel perks for members of Congress amid U.S. government shutdown
Delta Air Lines is suspending special travel privileges for members of Congress — including dedicated flight-assistance and expedited airport processing — until the government shutdown ends. Lawmakers will be treated as regular customers and undergo standard TSA screening based on their SkyMiles status as security lines lengthen.
