British Airways has reportedly updated its crew rest policy to let flight attendants take scheduled rest breaks in empty First and Business Class seats on certain long-haul aircraft that lack dedicated crew bunks. The move shifts rest from overhead bunks or cockpit jump-seat areas to lie-flat seating, improving comfort on those routes.
