HASC marks up FY2027 NDAA, enabling multiyear F-35/F-15EX procurement and expanded Army rotorcraft buys
The House Armed Services Committee released its markup of the fiscal 2027 National Defense Authorization bill, largely backing Pentagon plans. The draft would authorize multiyear contracting for F-35 and F-15EX, support additional Army Black Hawk and Chinook procurement, and include munitions plus major Navy surface and industrial-base measures.
