FAA orders ground stop at Reagan National after reported threat to United flight; DOD suspends D.C. helicopter training
The FAA imposed a ground stop at Reagan Washington National Airport after a reported threat against a United Airlines aircraft, forcing flights to hold or divert. The Department of Defense also suspended helicopter training near the Pentagon following a Black Hawk mishap that involved two commercial flights.
