Delta extends Wheels Up lock-up restrictions through May 22, 2027
Delta Air Lines, Wheels Up’s lead strategic investor, has agreed to extend lock-up restrictions on all Wheels Up shares under the Investment and Investor Rights Agreement for an additional year, through May 22, 2027. The extension maintains the parties’ share transfer limitations under the existing deal framework.
