Estonia revokes SmartLynx’s AOC, suspending its Estonian operations
Estonian aviation authorities revoked SmartLynx Airlines’ Air Operator Certificate, immediately suspending the carrier’s Estonian operations. The decision follows mounting operational and financial problems across the group and comes as the Estonian unit was recently sold to its management and Dutch distressed asset manager Break Point.
