ATC Error Triggers Near-Miss Between United and FedEx 777s Over North Atlantic
On June 21, an ATC error led to a loss of minimum separation between a United Airlines Boeing 777-200 on the London–Houston sector and a FedEx B777F freighter bound for Paris over the North Atlantic, forcing both crews to execute evasive maneuvers.
