Qantas Project Sunrise updates: A350-1000ULR cabin design confirmed for Sydney–London nonstop launch in Oct 2027
Qantas has locked in the first Project Sunrise nonstops—Sydney to London beginning October 2027—using a specially configured Airbus A350-1000ULR. The carrier also previewed the next evolution of the aircraft’s cabin design, positioning the service as the world’s longest regularly scheduled passenger flight at about 16,000+ km and 19–22 hours.
