United Airlines accelerates Starlink inflight Wi-Fi rollout with first widebody transatlantic service

United Airlines flew its first Starlink-equipped transatlantic long-haul flight with a fitted Boeing 777-200 from Newark to London Heathrow (UA14) on June 22, extending Starlink internet service to its widebody network. The carrier is also accelerating a high-speed onboard Wi-Fi rollout for MileagePlus members, targeting mid-2027 completion across its entire widebody fleet.
