Bell reports early CV-22 nacelle rework results—75% fewer maintenance hours and >10% AFSOC readiness gains; USMC to expand V-22

Bell Textron says its CV-22 Osprey Nacelle Improvement Program cut maintenance hours by 75% after more than 10,000 U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command flight hours, and lifted AFSOC fleet readiness by more than 10% since 2021. Separately, the US Marine Corps will fully replace nacelles across its Bell Boeing V-22 fleet as tiltrotor readiness and safety priorities expand.
