USAF and DIU accelerate CCA roadmap as Anduril’s YFQ-44A production starts and doctrine work begins
The U.S. Air Force is building employment doctrine for its Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) portfolio, while Anduril’s Ohio Arsenal-1 facility produced the first YFQ-44A Fury prototype—an unmanned, semi-autonomous aircraft—marking a key CCA production milestone. Separately, service officials plan to begin concept refinement for the MQ-9A Reaper replacement in early FY2027.
