Pilatus buys German sales & service partner Air Alliance to bring PC-12/PC-24 aftersales in-house

Pilatus on April 1 completed the acquisition of Air Alliance GmbH, the Germany-based Pilatus Sales & Service Centre since 2014. The deal transfers PC-12 and PC-24 sales, pre-owned inventory, MRO and flight-training operations in Germany and Austria into direct OEM control.
