India's aviation regulator has proposed easing wet-lease restrictions by changing the emergency-use wording from "only" to "normally" and permitting one-time exemptions from safety-score requirements. The draft, opened for public consultation, aims to ease short-term capacity pressures and codify arrangements used by carriers such as IndiGo.
