Amazone Airlines launches commercial domestic service with inaugural Cotonou–Parakou flight
Amazone Airlines, Benin's newly certified national carrier, operated its first commercial flight on 23 March 2026, launching scheduled domestic services between Cotonou and Parakou after receiving its air operator’s certificate last month. The move is the carrier's initial step toward building domestic and future international routes.
