Aeroméxico to sell nearly 145 million shares (including 11.7M ADS) in offering worth more than $300m
Aeroméxico will offer the equivalent of nearly 145 million common shares in a transaction that includes 11.7 million American depositary shares in the U.S. (each representing 10 common shares) and 27.4 million common shares in Mexico, in a deal valued at over $300 million.
